Terms of sale
This is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.
The rules of this shop, written to be read. They apply to purchases made by consumers on atria-one.com.
1. The seller
The seller is NOASTUDIO srl, Piazza Giuseppe de Fabris 61,
36055 Nove (VI), Italy, VAT no. 04328020245.

2. The product
ATRIA is a titanium ring with a dark surface coating. It is offered in two band widths, 4 mm and 8 mm, in the sizes listed in the catalogue.
The photographs show the actual product, but colour and reflections may look different from one screen to another: dark titanium changes a lot with the light. Each piece is worked individually, and small differences between one ring and another are not defects.
3. How the order is concluded
You choose the finish, band width and size, then complete the payment. The contract is deemed concluded when we receive confirmation of payment and acknowledge it to you by email.
Should an item turn out to be unavailable after the order, we will inform you and refund in full the amount paid, with no further consequences.
4. Prices
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before payment and summarised in the order. The price displayed at the time of the order is the one that applies.
5. Payment
Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., which processes card data directly: we neither see nor store your card number. We accept the cards and methods shown at checkout.
6. Delivery
We ship by tracked courier within Italy, in 2–4 working days from dispatch. Up-to-date times and costs are on the Shipping and returns page.
The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you physically receive the parcel. If it arrives visibly damaged, accept it with a written reservation on the courier's receipt and let us know.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without having to give any reason. Just write to us at info@atria-one.com stating your order number.
- Send the ring back within 14 days of your notice.
- Return shipping costs are at your expense.
- We refund within 14 days of receiving the ring back, to the same payment method.
- The refund includes the original shipping at the standard rate.
The ring must be returned intact. Trying it on is legitimate and expected; a piece with signs of wear, however, loses value and the refund may be reduced proportionally.
In addition, at our own discretion we offer a free size exchange within 30 days: it is a more favourable condition than withdrawal and does not replace it.
8. Guarantee
Defects of conformity are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee provided for by the Codice del Consumo (Italian Consumer Code): you are entitled to repair or replacement at no cost and, where these are not possible, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.
Normal wear, marks caused by knocks or abrasive products, and damage from improper use are not defects.
9. If something goes wrong
Write to us: almost everything can be resolved by talking it through. If that is not enough, as a consumer you can turn to one of the alternative dispute resolution bodies provided for by the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo), or to the competent court (see point 10).
10. Applicable law
Italian law applies. For consumers, the court of the place of residence or domicile remains competent, and the mandatory protections provided by the law of the country of residence remain unaffected.
