Privacy policy
This is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.
In short: we collect the data needed to send you the ring and to issue the sales document. No profiling, no resale to third parties, and none of your card details pass through us.

Your card details do not pass through us. Payment takes place on Stripe's pages, which return to us only the outcome and a transaction code.
Who we entrust it to
- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.: payment processing.
- Sendcloud B.V., the platform we use to prepare shipments: it receives your name, address, email or phone number and passes them to the courier.
- The courier responsible for delivery: it receives your name, address, email or phone number in order to notify you.
- The provider of the server the shop runs on, in Europe.
- Our accountant, for tax obligations.
None of them may use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell or transfer your data to anyone else, and we do not use it to profile you or for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Order data and sales documents: 10 years, as required by tax law.
- Support correspondence: 2 years from the last exchange.
- Data collected for an order that was never completed: 6 months, then deleted.
- Waiting list sign-up: until the announcement that the rings are available, then deleted; earlier, if you ask us to remove you.
Where it is stored
The data remains on servers in the European Union. Stripe may also process some data outside the EU, on the basis of the safeguards provided for by the Regulation (GDPR) (standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).
Your rights
You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to its processing or receive it in a format readable by another system. We reply within 30 days.
Write to info@atria-one.com. If you believe something is not right, you can contact the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
An honest clarification: we cannot delete data linked to a purchase already made before the 10 years have passed, because tax law requires us to keep it.
