Shipping and returns
We ship throughout Italy by tracked courier. If the size is not the right one, the first exchange is free.

Orders received by 2:00 pm on working days ship the same day, all others on the next working day. As soon as the parcel ships, you receive the tracking code by email.
For now we ship only within Italy. For other countries, write to us at info@atria-one.com: we assess each case individually.
How it arrives
Each ring travels in its own box, inside plain packaging that gives no hint of what it contains. In the box you will find the sales document and care instructions for titanium.
Size exchange: the first one is free
Finding the right size at a distance is not trivial, and we do not want the risk to be yours. Within 30 days of delivery you can request a size exchange at no cost: we send you the return instructions and ship the new ring as soon as we receive the first one.
This applies to a ring that is intact and has not been worn outside the home: you can try it on at home as much as you like, but a piece with signs of wear cannot go back on sale. The free exchange is limited to one per order; from the second exchange onwards, shipping costs are at your expense.

Right of withdrawal: 14 days
Regardless of the size exchange, by law you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind and return the ring, without having to give a reason.
- Write to us at info@atria-one.com stating your order number and that you wish to withdraw.
- Send the ring back to us, well packed, within 14 days of your notice.
- We refund you within 14 days of receiving it back, to the same payment method you used.
The refund covers the price of the ring and the original shipping. Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless it is a size exchange or a defective piece.
If something goes wrong
If the parcel arrives damaged, accept it with a written reservation on the courier's receipt and send us two photos: we will take care of it. Defects of conformity are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee: repair or replacement at no cost.
Titanium, in brief
The Diamond Skin coating is hard and stable, but it has its limits: avoid knocks against hard surfaces and abrasive products. To clean it, lukewarm water, mild soap and a soft cloth are all you need. Take it off at the gym, where the risk is not a scratch but your finger.
